Mike Abram

Mike has 20 years’ experience as a Finance Director and is a CMI qualified Business Consultant who advises a diverse range of start-up and established businesses.

 

He advises both private and third sector businesses focusing on financial viability, sustainability and growth.

 

Mike is an approved Co-operative Development Consultant and has supported a number of Co-operatives to create robust financial forecasts to support them in raising significant amounts of funding.

 

Combining an analytical style with an approachable manner Mike works with both the financially experienced and those new to financial planning and modelling to help them to achieve their business objectives.

Elaine Bowes

Elaine has been supporting SME’s both in the private and community and voluntary sectors since 2009, following a successful career in the legal sector.

 

She is a CMI qualified business advisor and social enterprise specialist and an approved Co-operative Business Consultant. She holds a BA in Economics, MSc in Psychology, MA in Voluntary and Third Sector Management along with post graduate qualifications in mentoring and coaching. She is also a Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.

 

Elaine has a friendly and supportive approach when assisting both individuals and organisations to develop their business plans, research and understand their market and to utilise their strengths to advance their business aspirations.

Bridgette Doyle

Bridgette completed her Law degree and Law Society Finals before training to be a Solicitor. For the past 18 years she has worked as a CMI qualified Business Advisor successfully supporting pre start and existing SMEs in both the private and voluntary and community sectors. She also has a Masters Degree in Voluntary and Third Sector Management which she achieved with Distinction and is an approved Co-operative Business Consultant.

 

Specialising in legal matters affecting SMEs, including intellectual property, contracts and premises, Bridgette supports clients through all aspects of business planning and development.

 

Bridgette enjoys helping clients to succeed and is adaptable and flexible in her approach.

Alistair Clarke

Alistair, a qualified and experienced business advisor, specialises in social enterprise. He regularly presents seminars covering all aspects of business development. His extensive experience in marketing, communications and media strategy, within the voluntary, public and private sectors results in a varied client base from start-ups to working with agencies on major PR and marketing campaigns for some of the world’s largest brands, including Corona Extra, Knight Frank and Tesco.

 

He holds a degree in Marketing and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), an associate member of the PRCA and CMI.

 

Alistair runs two marketing businesses and is chair of Social Enterprise Solutions CIC and a director of SELNET.  His approach is pragmatic, supportive and flexible.
